Cancellation; Changing Your Plans

In case you have pre paid online rest assured that we will promptly process a refund back, to your debit or credit card. However please note that a 10% cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is made at 24 hours before the order cut off time.

If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of the deadline there will be a cancellation fee of 25% applied.
